Information Session for HAPN Caring Award for Graduate Students

Aloha HAPN members and colleagues,

The Hawaiʻi Association of Professional Nurses has created a new award for graduate nursing students in Hawaiʻi and would like to invite you to an information session about how to nominate students for this award.

This award acknowledges caring actions by graduate nursing students, which are essential in nursing care. The recipient will receive multiple prizes and can include this achievement on their resumes or CVs to help advance their careers.

We invite faculty, graduate nursing students, and preceptors to join an online information session on Zoom on February 26, 2026 (Thursday) 2:30pm - 3:15pm. In this 45-minute session, we will explain why this award was established, the award criteria, how to nominate students, and answer any related questions. Please see the attached flyer for details.

Please register by February 24, 2026. The recording will be available until March 26, but pre-registration is required.
