Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurses, and other clinicians who treat patients with cardiovascular disease.

The goal of this activity is to improve clinicians' awareness of the latest research and best practices in treatment of heart failure (HF) and to improve practices regarding management of patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD).

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:
