RN and APRN Self-Efficacy Survey Research
Posted about 3 years ago by Rick Ramirez in Education
Dear Registered Nurse's and Nurse Practitioners,
My name is Katie Azama and I am an NP and a PhD candidate at the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa. For my dissertation project, I am developing a Nurse Practitioner Self-efficacy Survey. I am requesting your assistance in completing the survey.
The University of Hawai`i at Mānoa’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) determined that this project is “Not Human Subject Research” because this is research about the functioning of a survey and falls outside the parameters of IRB review. The survey takes 7-10 minutes and is completely anonymous. It will remain open until February 28, 2022. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at katieu@hawaii.edu.
The survey can be accessed via the following link or QR code below.
If you know of any RNs or NPs who would not mind completing the survey, please feel free to forward it to them, as well. I appreciate your assistance in helping me to develop this survey instrument.
Thank you very much!
Katie Azama, APRN-Rx, FNP-C, MS, MA
