Resident Physician requests participants in 10 minute survey

My name is Samantha Kaiser. I am a resident physician at the University of Hawai'i in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. I am asking you to take part in a brief (less than 10 minute) survey. You are eligible to participate if you are a healthcare provider in Hawai'i in a primary care field (such as family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics/gynecology).  If you are still in school or training (including residency/fellowship), you are NOT eligible to participate in this study.
