HAPN Leadership Award Call for Nomination 2019

Hawai`i Association of Professional Nurses Annual Leadership Award Criteria 

The Hawai`i Association of Professional Nurses (HAPN) Annual Leadership Award was started in 2009 to recognize persons who have demonstrated significant and exceptional leadership abilities impacting Hawai’i. 

This award is bestowed each November at the HAPN Annual Business Meeting. Past Awardees are:

Criteria for this award are as follows: 

Any Registered Nurse, resident in Hawai`i, who has demonstrated significant and exceptional abilities to be an agent of change leader in the following areas: 

*Health Policy 
*Health Research 
*Health Practice 
*Health Education 

These achievements have been accomplished within the state of Hawai`i.
Please include in your nomination, the nominee’s qualifications meeting these criteria in 300 words or less.
